Beautiful building with classic Brooklyn brownstone features. Neighbors are super friendly and it feels more like a community. Every apartment is a corner unit so you get tons of light.
Cons:
Building management company was too slow to make repairs. Our building experienced two separate leaks while I was there. One from the bathroom and one from a radiator. The bathroom leaks caused ceilings to partially collapse and took over a month to get fixed. The radiator leak caused massive damage to two units that took 8 months to repair.
Advice to owner:
Respond to issues in a timely manner. Not just to make the apartments livable, but to also protect the original features of the building.
