    Honest Review of the Apartment

    Pros:
    Proximity to Subway
    Shared backyard space (even though there’s lots of bugs)
    Decent Layouts
    Nice Neighboors
    Cons:
    Cleanliness (building is dirty and never gets cleaned)
    Poor rushed construction (leaks, unsealed showers, holes walls, doors that don’t close properly, windows that don’t open properly)
    Advice to owner:
    Fix issues in the building in a timely and manner. Work with your tenants to keep the building in good shape oppose to against them
