I just wouldn't live here if I were you. There are so many cons that I can't seem to find an pros.
Around the corner from the new largest shelter in NYC, Roaches, mice, inhumane construction and noise levels, flooding, elevator that breaks, half the building has no windows, landlords who only care about money and try to get rent controlled tenants out.
