    Annoying landlords but nice area

    3 blocks from the G
    Grocery stores n restaurants all up the street
    Close to a park
    Close to a laundromat
    About 50m from midtown and 40 from fidi
    Cons:
    Entrance hallway and stairs of the building are not well maintained
    Interior is dirty
    Exposed hot water pipe in bathroom may cause injury
    Security deposit may not be returned to you at end of lease for no stated reason
    Owners may do remodeling while you are still living there
