    Great Deck
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    This unit has an awesome large deck. Shared with the upstairs unit but it’s nice. I really like the paint and the lighting in this unit.
    Cons:
    It’s so small. Way too small. No window in living room. Better pest control.
    Advice to owner:
    I hear ur demolishing the building and erecting an ugly gentrified condo?
