    Pros:
    Great location, beautiful two story apartment, affordable
    Cons:
    Turned the heat on once a day for 30 mins even on the coldest winter days, electric was faulty and we were not allowed to run ac units or space heaters
    Advice to owner:
    Please heat this building in the winter
