Zelma llc refused to return security deposit

Pros:
Location. Exposed brick.
Cons:
Management company is barely responsive. You have to bug them again and again if you want anything done. They’ll eventually get to any major problems but will refuse to deal with anything cosmetic. Refused to return security deposit despite us leaving apartment in far better shape and far cleaner than when we moved in.
Advice to owner:
This place could be so much better if it was better taken care of.
