    A Quiet But Old-fashioned Building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Quiet neighbors,
    great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops,
    very close to G subway stop, short distance to Manhattan,
    there is a lot of space
    Cons:
    Very old fashioned in terms of appliances - no dishwasher or air conditioning, only heating is gas heaters in bedrooms
    Very little natural light in common area of kitchen/living room
    Maintenance is not responsive in a timely manner. It has taken weeks to months to have simple problems addressed.
    Advice to owner:
    Install updated appliances such as dishwasher, air conditioning, and heating, make sure maintenance is responsive to tenants
