    Major mice & roach infestation that has likely not been fixed

    The landlords leave you alone

    No natural sunlight except in first bedroom
    Old building/tiny bathroom
    Kitchen/bathroom/connecting walls are cracking and allowing huge quantities of mice and roaches in
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the walls instead of just sending exterminators to not fix the problem
