Pros:
tall ceilings, mostly friendly neighbors, only ever seen just a few cockroaches lol, maintenance guy came soon enough but had to follow up w landlord to remind him….
Cons:
never got my security depo back + more money that I’ll never get back ( pandemic 2020) … floor is warped so you live on a slant, landlord unresponsive after u move out <3 also the management company sucks too after u move out and they’re so medieval they only send letters through mail and do not respond to emails or calls OH also google this address before you live here… the new york post article. Had to find that myself teehee
