    Good find, odd neighbors

    Pros:
    Beautiful building, lovely neighbors who live in the building! The super is helpful.
    Cons:
    Saw some pests in the apartment, the hotel/ motel next door is unfriendly and you see people hanging out on the doorstep, drinking, etc
