    Repairs take forever. The building looks awful Garbage cans full

    Location and close to transportation
    Cons:
    Cleanliness, noisy & nasty neighbors renting to students who don't care
    Advice to owner:
    There's no onsite person for emergencies

    Cons:
    Management was unresponsive. Mice & roaches on occasion. The heat did not always work properly despite multiple complaints to management.
