    Bed bugs and poor management

    Large spaces, high ceilings
    Cons:
    Chronic bed bugs which managament attempted to hide and did not adequately treat for months. Minimal noise insulation.

    High ceilings, large apartments, newer appliances
    Cons:
    Terrible management, constant repairs/constructions, and can hear neighbors all day.
