Better than most

Pros:
The super is so nice and responsive, garbage shoots on each floor make trash easy,
Cons:
Water bugs in the basement, management is slow to respond, packages gets stolen a lot and the drier doesn’t work half the time
Advice to owner:
Please fix the laundry’services and get a second super

Pros:
- Great Sup
- Interior builds are quiet
- No problem with neighbors or building
- Problems with apartment were few and fixed promptly
Cons:
- Package stolen once in a blue moon, generally safe though
- May have street noise depending on what side you are on. I was away from the street and didn't
- Dead roaches down near recycling area
