    Pretty decent spot
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Closeness to the subway, amenities and restaurants.
    Cons:
    Heat got too hot in the winter and air conditioning was kinda awkward in the summer. Mouse problem that is relentless. In the middle room you can hear almost everything.
    Advice to owner:
    Central air.
