Bad building management & really poor tenant dynamics

Pros:
Beautiful old brownstone with a rooftop backyard and basement.
Cons:
Really poor management. Takes days and numerous engineers to fix a lightbulb - not a joke. Too many people share the two suites and the dynamics of tenants can border on hideous or hostile. From the kind of people who don’t flush toilets to alcoholics, this house has seen it all and it’s traumatic. Management doesn’t support on anything that they commit to.
Advice to owner:
The property owner and managing company Common need to spend as much money on property management or at least a fraction of it - as they spend on marketing.
