Pros:
It’s a nice neighborhood
Cons:
The heat is never on when it’s below 40 degrees but it is blasting when it is warm outside. The heat will also just randomly turn off in the middle of winter. The landlord is unhelpful and the super never responds to text messages/phone calls. There is black mold in the entry and the landlord will not fix it. The radiators leak nonstop. There is extensive water damage throughout the building. If you need a repair, it will take at least 3 months to get it - and even then it won’t be fixed. The water pipes are old and constantly leak. Tenants have told the landlord there are holes in the roof and repairs have not been made.
