    Horribly managed, great area

    the neighborhood, cute details (pre-war)
    Cons:
    slanted floors, broken windows, cracking ceilings and walls, no laundry in building, poorly managed, no fire escapes, other broken facilities
    Advice to owner:
    make it a safe place to live
