    Close to subway
    Close to bars and nightlife
    Cons:
    Management was not very responsive, particularly near the weekend due to it being their holiday.
    Smells: there's a chicken killery and open air seafood market within two blocks of each other. Steer clear, esp. when hungover
    General area is riddled with trash and litter
