Adorable apartment Excellent/responsive landlord High ceilings Very close to transit. Cafes, bar, grocery all on the block Very hot water
There is a bar downstairs so weekend night get a bit loud if you’re in the front room. Landlord only takes paper checks so you can’t pay online or electronically.
