Bit overpriced but nice apartment building

Pros:
Nice building management and very clean
Cons:
Constant construction, causing it to be very loud/noisy and lots of amenities are down as well

nice units, floor to ceiling windows, luxury buildings, clean units
Cons:
windows were never cleaned, units are small, gym and pool are small, management is difficult to work with
Advice to owner:
hire new management
