The building has a keypad entrance that makes it easy for packages to be dropped off. The building is fairly clean and has laundry downstairs. The rooftop is finished and pleasant to be on.
Cons:
This building is extremely hallow. Anything that happens in the hallway is heard clear as day in every apartment. Even things that happen in the apartments themselves can be heard in other apartments, like loud voices, music played decently loudly, etc. Plus, the street it lies on is very loud and because the building it so hollow it can be louder than normal in the apartments throughout the day. Also, the quality of fixtures in the building is not great. I dubbed it an “Amazon basics apartment” because it looks like a great building, does the job, but has a lot of issues you don’t see at first glance.
Advice to owner:
Settling with cheap construction hurts this building severely; leaving it hollow and hard to achieve peace and quiet even at fairly quiet times. This building needs to be better sound insulation.
