Cons:
Landlord is a 90 something old woman who does nothing when heat, hot water, etc need to be restored. I moved out because I no longer had peaceful use of my apt and I had to fight her tooth and nail to get even 2/3 of my security deposit back. She used every crook landlord trick in the book to try to not give it to me when I moved out of no fault of my own. There’s a hoarder on the first floor which smells like fences and is also a fire hazard. My window broke and wouldn’t open and the Super, her son, didn’t do anything to fix it - also a fire hazard. I would have sued her had I not gotten my security deposit back. Glad I got most of it.
