    Good spot but be wary

    Pros:
    The apartment is gorgeous, spacious, and well kept. The landlord is responsive and cares about making sure the apartment is clean and functional.
    Cons:
    Landlord ‘Bobby’ likes to insist that tenants are his family and therefore should ‘make sacrifices’. Took us six months to get our oven fixed over the new installed piece didn’t work. A lot of pests, nothing permanent, all able to deal with, but bugs and mice.
