- If you are facing south you get great light throughout the day. Balconies on this side are very nice to have during the warm months. - Trash chutes are convenient and remained clean during my time in the building. - Overall clean throughout the building. - Package management was decent - Lincoln Market in the building is as convenient as it gets
Cons:
- Sometimes people off the street can find their way into the building. There were issues a couple times. - Rent increases were very steep and that's what forced us to move out in the end - All electric appliances guarantee a scary electric bill every month

Pros:
I felt relatively safe and was close to the C/S Franklin stop.
Cons:
The management company changed while I was living there and because of that, getting my security deposit was literal hell on Earth.
