Nice Building, Not the Best Neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is well-maintained in general, neighbors are generally nice and keep to themselves, quiet inside the units, loved the lofts, new rooftop.
Cons:
Since it's a condo building, renters seem to be treated/regarded as second-class occupants. Downtown Brooklyn isn't really a neighborhood, per se. You're surrounded by beautiful neighborhoods - DUMBO, Fort Greene, Boerum Hill - but that area of Downtown Brooklyn isn't the best.
Advice to owner:
We loved the owner of our unit - very kind person. We rarely dealt with the condo board, but they seemed a bit unpleasant.

Great Place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Loft style, elevator, large apartments, great super, near Starbucks
Cons:
Across from police station, loitering, busy road
Advice to owner:
N/A - all good here!
