    Older building, but great location

    Pros:
    On a beautiful street
    Neighbors are respectful and quiet
    Apartments themselves are quiet
    Super is attentive and responsive
    Cons:
    Building is older, so the stairwells and lighting aren't great
    Heat is controlled by the building, so it can get incredibly hot during the winters
    Floors are creaky
    You can hear those above you very easily
    Advice to owner:
    Definitely time to do some renovations and repairs to ensure the building remains suitable for tenants
