REVIEW IS FOR 710 FULTON (don’t know why the address changes when I put it in) Joe is the best landlord I’ve ever had. Super responsive, caring, and kind. He personally comes to the building to assess issues. Lovely neighborhood and great old building with lots of charm.
It can be loud at night with the bar downstairs, but that’s to be expected after all.
