    Have some humanity.
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Cool apartment, brick is nice.
    Cons:
    The landlord WILL mercilessly raise your rent and force you you out, destroying your life. They only care about profit and would rather see you dead than be fair.
    Advice to owner:
    Be human.
