    Almost perfect location... minus the noisy neighbors

    -Clean
    -Location (right on McCarren Park)
    -Modern amenities
    -Nice views
    -Attentive landlord
    Cons:
    -Noisy neighbors who blasted music and hosted large parties in their unit and on the roof until sunrise most nights..
    -Complained to landlord multiple times and they refused to do anything about it

    everythin is great except for the noises.

    everythingnis modern, smells good, clean and solid.
    Cons:
    noises are terrible. tenants dont shut up their parties. noises separation are bad. you can hear someone in the next apt,
