    The landlord is nightmare

    The location, that’s all
    Cons:
    Landlord is a nightmare. The has really high turn over because it. He wants certified checks EVERY month. He fights with all the tenets. He likes to show up at your door unannounced. The hallway is disgusting and never cleaned.
    Advice to owner:
    Paint the god damn hallway.
