Pros:
Semi updated apartments, with nice neighbors.
Cons:
Double entry apartments can be loud with others going up/down stairs, stove out dated, laundry is pricey, heat never on, and left for you to deal with (raises your electric bill). Construction without permits. Neighbors use laundry. Mice issues in the past.

Pros:
I planned to return and stay for at least two years pre rezoning and renewal. Nice location and easy access to Manhattan and Queens. Close to airport.
Cons:
Front buzzer and apartment door didn’t work. Police broke down the door one night.
