Location, however, there is something shady about the legal address for this building. The address has always been 75 Roebling Street, however the new management company-Orsid Realty Corp- lists the address as both 65-75 Roebling and 77-83 Roebling (rent checks have to be made out to 77-83 Roebling Owner).

Orsid Realty Corp took over the building (if 75 Roebling even exists as a legal address) in the fall of 2022 and are not renewing several long-time tenant's leases. They have refused to answer my questions about the status of my deposit and didn't respond to repeated emails from me about settling previously outstanding balances (from Covid era agreements with the previous landlord) and kept sending me threatening emails. Meanwhile, I was literally emailing them to ask them how I could pay! Now that our move out date is approaching they are ignoring my emails with questions about the move out process and my deposit. I am losing my home of 8 years because of these people and they truly couldn't care less.
We also had issues with repeated leaks from the bathroom upstairs, which led to them leaving an open hole in our bathroom ceiling for several weeks (the super kept telling me he would come by and then just wouldn't show up and would become unresponsive). They only replied to my emails and calls about this specific issue after I informed that that I had filed a 311 complaint about the issue.
