    My take on "The School" 180 N 7th St- Williamsburg
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    - Super close to the L
    - They kept the original facade and bones, which gives the building a ton of character
    - Gym is small but solid
    - Minimal roof, but it has a nice view and good seating
    Cons:
    - The interior design, construction, finish work, and utilities are all really really really bad
    - Extremely overpriced relative to market
    - The leasing/ management team is cold and inflexible.
    - Super busy streets with a ton of tourism traffic
    - The owners hire really low quality subcontractors to make any kind of repairs
    - Interior decor is low quality and ugly
    - No amenities beyond the roof deck and gym
    Advice to owner:
    Get rid of the wallpaper, upgrade the roof, hire better subcontractors

    Amazing location and building. Best apartment I’ve lived in
    Cons:
    They raised the rent $500 despite me already paying over market
