    Great, newly renovated unit.

    Pros:
    Great area, proximity to subway, clean new finishes, amazing patio area.
    Cons:
    Living area a bit small and fridge was a bit undersized for a 4BR.

    Our best apartment so far!

    Amazing patio, nice finishes and nest thermostat. Very friendly super and can’t beat this location!
