    Great building for the price
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    I lived here for several years. It’s a great location, upkeep and size for the price. Owner is pretty responsive generally - when they’re not it’s due to the office not being super on top of it. He’s accessible by phone.
    Cons:
    We’ve had mice a few times, and one year, a flies infestation. These were short lived and we got through it quickly

    Garbage is in front of the building and pretty easy - though sometimes it gets too full too quickly
