Would expect more from a Williamsburg luxury building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lovely roof, clean common areas, lots of natural light, fairly secure package room, good location, decent appliances and finishes
Cons:
Blinds not included, insecure access to building (they should change the codes for street access access), gym is SO small with little equipment, not enough bike storage (and the refused to add more or install more elsewhere in the building when I asked), split units don't heat very well, studio is ridiculously small, common area feels unfinished, neighbors on my floor are loud albeit infrequently, closets were not properly designed which results in having to push in my hangers at a 45° angle, hot water runs out quickly, can never get anyone on the phone—they only respond to emails, often hear others ringing the emergency bell in the elevator when it gets stuck, small amount of parking
Advice to owner:
if you're going to charge luxury prices, maybe do more than the bare minimum for a regular apartment

I want to love this place so much but
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very quiet with a nice roof deck. Great location.
Cons:
The "gym" is everything but a gym. For the price they charge for the units here, the amenities start and end with the roof deck (setting up the grill and lights on the roof took forever anyway).
Zero responsiveness from the super or the management when it comes to issues. When we moved in, there was grout everywhere, and the lights that we were missing in the bathroom were never installed.
Front door gets left wide open and one of our neighbors got their bicycle stolen. Everything has the same pin code and everyone knows the code.
The laundry was not working for several weeks. There were lies told about Verizon Fios being in the building before the move in, but it was only installed after months of begging.
Packages mysteriously disappear from the package room.
THE ELEVATOR IS LITERALLY BROKEN EVERY WEEK FOR 24-48 HOURS! People on the 9th floor look like rock climbers at this point.
They charge so much for so little.
Advice to owner:
Fix your things up. You cannot in good consciousness charge this much (considering the building has a tax rebate) and offer no resolution to tenants issues.
