    Great place to live

    Pros:
    Landlord was prompt and chill. Space was clean and they painted before we moved in. Nothing inhospitable.
    Cons:
    Door knobs were a little faulty. Some locks didn’t really work—lock on the door could be temperamental which sucked cause our front door opened onto a busy street.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep doing what your doing. I enjoyed living there.

    Pros:
    Convenient proximity to everything
    Cons:
    Mice and roaches are a constant problem.
    When a truck drives by, the entire building shakes.
    Garbage is nearly always blowing around the front entrance.
    Entryway and stairs are always filthy and management does not clean.
    Advice to owner:
    Stop being a slumlord and maintain your property. Take care of the mice and roaches. Clean up the common areas. Paint over the years of graffiti and worn down wall paint in the entrance and stairways.
