    Nice building with good management
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The front desk and maintenance crew are great. Great living with in-unit washer and dryer. Good amenity.
    Cons:
    Gym a bit small but has most if the things needed. Rent can be a bit expensive.
    Advice to owner:
    Nothing special to note. Would be great to make rent negotiable for long term residents
