    Pros:
    Nice size for share and pretty clean.
    Cons:
    Less managed. I have locked inside apt coz lock was broken. And need to call to lock smith coz they didn’t answer the phone. Then they told me that’s my fault I need to pay lock smith fee. But lock was just too old. And they didn’t give me deposits back without reason and keep ignoring my call and message.
    Advice to owner:
    Make sure you do t pay last month rent so you can avoid problem that I had.

    I like only the location
    Cons:
    The landlord try to intimidate all my deliveries. He also kicked the bike and punched a guy that came to deliver a pizza. Smh
    Advice to owner:
    I don’t recommend this property to anyone, very rude people.
