    Train nearby
    Good neighborhood
    Cons:
    Old building without any renovations, really hard to get anything replaced.
    A lot of rules by the landlord
    Constant unexpected visits from the landlord
    Advice to owner:
    Renovate the apartments, specially the bathrooms
