Good location and large, nicely updated apt

The landlady lives in the building and is absolutely insane. She has no respect for privacy and will watch you come and go on the cameras in the building she has installed. She freaks out about minor incidents and will call or text you repeatedly about things. She will also take your security deposit for minor updates and repairs that would normally be considered wear and tear by most landlords. She is aggressive and protective about the building and will give you a hard time about simple things like having friends over. There is no reasoning with her, she is completely unreasonable and irrational. She also treats the hallways like her own personal storage unit with clutter everywhere. Do not live here if you ever want to have privacy or feel comfortable in your own home, she will make that impossible. Do not let the broker fool you like he did with me, it will not improve over time. She also took half my security deposit when I left despite me leaving the apt clean and filling holes, etc. she charged me for an insane list of items that were well beyond what most renters and landlords would consider normal wear and tear.
