    Great Location - On border of North & South Williamsburg

    Pros:
    Location. Upgraded stainless steel appliances, nice wood floors, nice countertops.
    Cons:
    Building itself was cleaned regularly, but perhaps not to the fullest extent. Occasional cockroaches appeared.
