Unit is comically small Management does not care about any safety concerns - some neighbors give constant open access to people that do not live in the building Often people smoking, doing other things, staying overnight in the stairwell Some roach problems No trash management Super did not fix lack of heat in the living room for 3+ months

Messy messy building
Pros
Some nice families live here, and it’s cheap
Cons
Lots of drug use, late night/early morning noise including fights, roaches, poor upkeep, poor response times.
