    Some units updated
    Landlord is awesome
    Low to no increases in rent year over year
    Quiet in back of building
    Recycling/trash right outside and dealt with consistently
    Cleaners come often for public areas
    Cons:
    No doorman so sometimes there are missing packages
    Advice to owner:
    Keep up the good work!! We’ve lived in your building for 5 years and love it.
