    Overall positive experience

    Pros:
    Extremely clean building- very safe- and in a great neighborhood. Would recommend.
    Cons:
    Walk-up building isn't always the easiest to navigate, garbage room outside and underneath the building, difficult co-op board politics.
    Advice to owner:
    Better outreach to tenants.

    This build is horrible and it’s need improvement ASAP

    Rats and management is very bad with communication

    Clean your act up we need younger people to run this building that’s has more experience with maintenance
