Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews of 228 SOUTH 3 STREET, Brooklyn, NY 11211 highlight a mixed bag of experiences. The building boasts a great location, responsive owners, and reasonable prices, but suffers from cleanliness issues, noise disturbances, and unsavory neighbors engaging in illegal activities. Concerns include frequent drug dealing, theft, and uncomfortable interactions outside the building. Roaches, water bugs, and persistent odors also plague the premises. While the responsiveness of the owners is appreciated, urgent improvements are needed to address safety, sanitation, and noise disturbances for a more comfortable living environment.
