    Unresponsive landlord: beware
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great location, became besties with our building mates, nice apartment layout
    Cons:
    Not the best landlord. Lazy with upkeep and unresponsive
    Mold growing and didn’t care to fix anything unless we threatened to stop paying rent. Raised monthly rent on us many times and had to negotiate ruthlessly to get a fair rent
    Advice to owner:
    Be cautious when you do a walk through
