    Pros:
    No bells or whistles, solid apartment
    Had no major issues with the unit itself, except for a leaking window/ceiling which was (eventually) resolved
    Cons:
    Management is unresponsive, it took almost a year to resolve the leaking window/ceiling

    -Decent Gym
    -Great Neighborhood
    Cons:
    -Flooding
    -Mold
    -Management is very hard to get in touch with
    Advice to owner:
    Please be more responsive to your tenants.
