    Perfect blend of Updated with Original Charm

    Pros:
    A cozy 6 unit building. Set back ever so slightly off the street creating a small gated front area to make the building truly feel like home. Keyless front entry, and charming original paintings in the building entrance. Brand new laundry room in basement boasting 2 washers, 2 dryers. Sleek radiators, updated cabinets and appliances. Responsive landlords, and a super that is nearby.
    Cons:
    No compost bins
    Advice to owner:
    Bring back the compost bin
